5. Closing
Having gained acceptance, our Clients enter the fifth stage in the AACG consulting process. This final stage prepares a Client for their final decision to attend one specific MBA program.
This “Closing” stage contains three primary components:
Acceptance Planning | Resignation Planning | Financial Aid Guidance
This stage represents the culmination of prior stages and the Client lifecycle. The Client and consultant engage in a series of conversations that include the pros and cons of each program the Client gained acceptance. For example, an element of this stage includes the objective removal of emotional factors and a discussion of each program’s retun on investment (ROI).
AACG recognizes that some Clients may have not full disclosed their MBA plans to their employers and the consultant guides the Client through the politically sensitive way of disclosing and then resigning. AACG consultants have worked for all the traditional pre-MBA industries and are attuned to the ramifications of our client’s unique work situations.
Additionally, many AACG clients are offered scholarships and fellowships. This plays a critical part in the matriculation equation. Given the current economic environment offers of financial assistance as well as negotiating additional financial assistance are key to choosing the right MBA program
The product of this stage is a Client well prepared to enter a the MBA program of their choice. Successful completion of this stage indicates the closure of this final stage. It is important to note that AACG clients are for life and we work to maintain relations with all our Client alumni.
