3. Execution

The third stage in the AACG consulting process is iterative. It involves several iterations of outlines, essays and resume drafts that are based on the prior two stages’ planning.

This “Execution” stage contains three primary components:

Essay Construction and Resume Editing | Letter of Recommendation Guidance | Review of Final Submission Package: This stage is very tactical and represents the Client’s messaging put to paper.  This stages evolves from outlining to drafting to final polishing of the essays and resume.  The consultant guides the client through several iterations, completing a set of drafts for one school, before moving to the next program. Additionally, this stage is conducted in parallel with gaining the appropriate recommendations.  The consultant pulls the client through the process by ensuring strict adherence to the established application timeline and will review all finalized application materials prior to submission.

The product of this stage is a defined set of finalized essays and completed application for a specific MBA program.  Client and consultant are tasked with working together, meeting approximately once a week as the deadlines approach.  Successful completion of this stage moves the relation to Stage Four: Monitor and Control.
